i. Access to Sourcing City will only be allowed following payment of set up charge and ongoing monthly access charge.
ii. Monthly access charge to be paid one month in advance.
iii. Access to Sourcing City will be blocked should monthly access fee be unpaid.
iv. No responsibility or liability is accepted by Sourcing City for the accuracy, availability, specification, suitability, quality, legal compliance or performance of any product, price, picture, supplier or any other information detailed in Sourcing City.
v. Full details of product information should be checked with the appropriate supplier before using in any way or placing orders.
vi. One Month notice can be given by either party to terminate access to Sourcing City.
vii. Prices are subject to change by Sourcing City.
viii. Sourcing City will give existing customers a minimum of one months notice for any prices changes.
ix. All data within Sourcing City is protected by copyright and must not be used in part or full without the written permission of Sourcing City.
x. Data Protection Notice 1 - We would like also like to use your information to contact you by any means (including post, email or fax) with details of our company goods and services. In some instances we may use our appointed agents and service providers for these purposes. Should you not object at this time we shall also provide you an 'opt out' option at anytime. If you object to us using your information for this purpose, please advise us, stating your full name & company.
xi. Data Protection Notice 2 - In addition, we would like to share your information with carefully selected promotional merchandise related third parties who may use your information to send you details of their goods and services that we think may be of interest to you.
